During my time as Mayor, I opened the weir to improve stormwater control, secured millions of dollars in state and federal funding for water infrastructure, launched Deltona’s first Downtown Redevelopment Plan, and expanded youth, community, and health outreach programs. I have also reduced the millage rate every year and introduced the first-ever debt reduction program to our city budget—tangible steps that strengthen Deltona’s financial health and future growth.
